RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: June 2026
At Her Secret Glow, all orders are carefully reviewed before shipment. We work with trusted fulfillment partners and our policy reflects their terms while protecting you as a customer.
FINAL SALE ITEMS — NO RETURNS ACCEPTED The following are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Jewelry & accessories
- Beauty & skincare products
- Bodysuits
- Intimates & lingerie
- Swimwear
- Face masks
- Sale items, discounted items & promotional purchases
- Gift cards
- Any item marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
ELIGIBLE RETURNS — CLOTHING ONLY (US ORDERS ONLY) Unworn clothing items may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
All of the following conditions must be met:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
- All original tags are attached and intact
- Original garment packaging with SKU label is included
- You provide clear photographic evidence of the item's condition
- International orders are not eligible for returns
We only accept returns for:
- Item arrived visibly damaged or defective (photo required)
- Wrong item received (photo required)
- Item significantly different from product description (photo required)
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Item didn't fit as expected
- Ordered by mistake
- Found a lower price elsewhere
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of product category, including final sale items. To qualify:
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
- Submit clear photo or video evidence showing the defect, original packaging, and shipping label
- Contact care@hersecretglow.com with your order number and evidence
Approved claims will be processed within 5–10 business days. Returns are generally not required for defective items — you may keep the item.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order shows no tracking movement or has not arrived within:
- 45 days from shipping date (US orders)
- 60 days from shipping date (all other countries)
- 110 days (Brazil orders)
Contact us and we will investigate and offer a resend or refund at our discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. Print-on-demand and pre-order items cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY WINDOW All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original order date. Requests older than 90 days are automatically ineligible, regardless of reason.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND Email care@hersecretglow.com with subject line: RETURN REQUEST — Order #[your order number]
Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Minimum 3 clear photos or video showing the issue
Do not ship anything without written approval. A return address will be provided only upon approval. Items sent without prior written approval will be refused at sender's expense.
Approval is not guaranteed. Each request is evaluated individually.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend tracked shipping — we are not responsible for lost return packages
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected (up to 5 business days)
- If approved, refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for items not in original condition
- If your refund has not appeared after 15 business days of approval, contact care@hersecretglow.com
Her Secret Glow reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. This policy is subject to change without notice.
