Thank you for shopping with Her Secret Glow! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order value required.

DELIVERY TIMES Standard delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and customs processing.

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT Her Secret Glow fulfills orders through trusted third-party suppliers. Your order may be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. As a result, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES Her Secret Glow ships to US addresses only. No customs or import duties apply to domestic US shipments.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at care@hersecretglow.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Her Secret Glow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Her Secret Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at care@hersecretglow.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
